Tuthill Porsche racing 911s are back in action at Donington this weekend, for the first round of the 2017 GT and Sports Car Cup series. The beautiful 1965 Porsche 911 2-litre of Anthony Galliers-Pratt is part of the packed entry list for the first GTSCC race on Sunday.
The GTSCC is a series for pre-’66 GT cars and pre-’63 sports cars, as raced in the World Endurance Championship in period. Known for a high standard of driving and a tremendously social paddock, this four-round championship is a great series for racers who want to enjoy their cars with like-minded people at some of the finest circuits in the UK and Europe.
Below Zero Ice Driving prize for best Porsche finisher
We are delighted to be associated with the GT SCC series, which is now in its eleventh year. For 2017, we are offering a day on our Below Zero Ice Driving course to the highest placed Porsche driver at the end of the season: we hope this will encourage some additional Porsche competition into the series. - International Trophy at Silverstone – 20/21 May
