We’re preparing our 2017 East African Safari Classic winner to appear at next weekend’s Goodwood Festival of Speed as part of the Porsche 70th anniversary celebrations. Post-Safari damage to the front end of the car has been repaired and our fabrication team has made a shiny new ‘roo bar’ to grace the front end, reapplying the famous ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’ graphics over fresh paintwork.
The twenty-fifth Goodwood Festival of Speed will mark the 70th anniversary of Porsche. The sports car manufacturer from Stuttgart has been one of the most loyal and enthusiastic festival supporters and enjoyed several events as the celebrated marque.
Goodwood Festival of Speed Rally Stage
Taking place from 12-15 July, the 2018 Festival of Speed centres around the 1.16-mile hillclimb course, but Goodwood has several other zones to keep the spectators entertained. One zone is the rally stage, and Tuthill Porsche 911s have made regular appearances here over the festival’s history.
