Below Zero Ice Driving Auction for NHS charity

A day’s ice driving offered in the Collecting Cars NHS charity auction raises almost £5,000

Following Richard’s appearance on the Collecting Cars Instagram Live feed (watch the video below), we donated a day’s ice driving for next year’s Below Zero Ice Driving season to the charity auctions being offered on the Collecting Cars platform.

Our ice driving auction and other auctions for donated items including a signed Magnus Walker model and a 1976 Land Rover donated by Farer Watches finished last night. We’re delighted to say that more than £22,000 was raised by the donations, all of which goes to the NHS Heroes #helpthemhelpus fund.

Collecting Cars is also refunding the buyers’ fees payable on auction purchases. This is normally 6% up to a maximum of £6,000, so the sellers were encouraged to factor that into their bids. We’re delighted to have been part of this charitable initiative. Follow Collecting Cars on social media to see more charity auctions in the coming weeks.
