Tuthill Porsche 911 ST 2.5 replica

Our latest 911 build breaks cover for testing

The latest historic Tuthill Porsche recreation/rebuild recently broke cover for on-road testing and dyno tuning.

This is a rather special 911: a faithful reproduction of a 911 ST with tons of rare and very correct parts, many of which the owner sourced himself from the furthest-flung corners of the Porsche world.

The engine in this car is a rather special 2.5-litre short stroke, which we are all very proud of. No definitive power figures are available as yet, but Francis has come out of retirement to do some of the setup work on this car himself, and he has been very impressed by the driveability.

Combine a creamy dollop of classic Porsche performance with cool parts, such as the the 90-litre plastic fuel tank, the full roll cage and the always attractive Fuchs wheels, and it’s easy to see why this car has been such a big hit with all the staff here at our Wardington workshops.

Full details of the car’s specification in a future website update.
