We recently hosted well-known YouTuber, Sam Fane (SeenThroughGlass) here at Wardington.
Sam set up his channel in 2014, combining his two biggest passions: cars & making videos. After gaining 100,000 subscribers in his first year, Sam now has just under 500,000 subscribers and his content has been viewed almost 112 million times. In 2019, Sam was included in The Sunday Times Top 50 UK Influencer List.
Over the past six years, Sam has travelled around the world filming cars, going on road trips, attending events and working with other YouTubers and respected names in the motoring world, creating exciting content for his channel.
In 2019, Sam embarked on a year-long round-the-world trip named #DriveTheWorld. Stopping off in countries including Australia, the Middle East and the USA, Sam made incredible content across his social channels, exploring different car cultures and meeting many interesting people.
Sam came to Wardington to drive a silver 1972 Porsche 911 which at the time was for sale on CollectingCars.com. We built the car for a UK collector several years ago and it has now sold to a new home. We’re carrying out soem work for the new owner before it heads off to be used and enjoyed.
