Below Zero Ice Driving cars leave for Sweden

The Below Zero Ice Driving fleet departs for Sweden and our fourteenth season of classic Porsches on ice!

The Below Zero Ice Driving classic Porsche fleet of eight ice driving cars plus three support vehicles left Wardington earlier this week in two giant car transporters. The cars are about to roll into Åre in Sweden, for our 2018 ice driving season, which starts in mid-January.

The Below Zero experience is simply unbeatable: eight classic Porsches, including the 914/6 that was a huge hit with clients last year, twelve kilometres of purpose-built circuits on a frozen lake and some of the world’s most accomplished drivers to guide and instruct.

The 2018 season runs to the end of March. It will be our fourteenth season of ice driving and our seventh year in Sweden. The experience that all of our clients enjoy so very much – unlimited seat time on frozen lakes in classic Porsche rally cars – remains mostly unchanged. See the video below for a taste of what’s involved.

Below Zero Ice Driving delivers a wonderfully social experience. To make the unlimited ice driving seat time truly unforgettable, we supply full technical support for the cars, a heated geodesic dome to relax in on the lake, delicious traditional Swedish lunch menus and all hotel transfers. No one leaves us disappointed, including the many professional drivers who use our school for race preparation.

2018 has been booking up quickly! Email Below Zero Ice Driving to enquire about dates.
